Dominic is a chief executive coach for founder-led businesses and has run Monkhouse & Company since 2014. He has coached more than 200 founder chief executives, supported twelve exits and created the 2-Day Week Blueprint, a method that helps founders build a leadership team able to run the business day to day.
Before coaching, Dominic was Managing Director for EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) at Rackspace, Managing Director of IT Lab, and Managing Director for EMEA, Chief Customer Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Peer 1 Hosting. He grew Rackspace UK and Peer 1 Hosting to £30 million in annual revenue each.
He holds an MBA from Sheffield Hallam University and a BSc in Agricultural and Food Marketing from Newcastle University.
