Sebastian Romero
Associate Analyst
Sebastian studies Economics and Public Policy at the University of Chicago. At QofAI, a firm that works with middle-market private equity sponsors on EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation) improvement, he built an AI go-to-market agent and mapped portfolio company workflows against vendor data.
He has also carried out sourcing research for McKinley Acquisition Corporation, built comparable-company and DCF (discounted cash flow) analysis skills through BlackGen Capital, and co-founded a media company that grew to three million followers.
At The NHMS, Sebastian works on financial analysis and origination strategy for the group’s acquisition pipeline.
