Bethany Knibb

Bethany brings 14 years of international experience in strategy, commercial finance, and accounting roles. She is currently the Programme Director for a global transformation initiative at Reckitt, a critical component of the company's recent restructuring efforts. This cross-functional programme spans over 20 countries. Previously, Bethany served as Chief of Staff to the Global Health President and as Finance Director in Hong Kong and Taiwan. She holds a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Bristol and completed her master’s at the University of Cambridge (2017-19). Bethany has extensive experience in the Consumer Products and Healthcare sectors, with a particular interest in social impact. In 2019, she played a pivotal role in establishing Reckitt’s Greater China Hygiene business. As part of the senior leadership team she helped shape the vision and strategy, leading to the successful domestic launches of Harpic, Lysol, and Vanish in China, which resulted in record-high business growth. Supported by an ILM-accredited coaching qualification (CfPAC, 2023) her leadership style emphasises people development, commercial business partnering, and process and control improvements.
