He possesses a deep focus on Mergers and Acquisitions, with a specific emphasis on leveraging technology to drive operational efficiencies and value creation within portfolio companies.

As an Analyst, Shyam is central to the firm’s investment infrastructure. He is responsible for architecting proprietary investor outreach pipelines to identify off-market opportunities and building complex financial models to stress-test investment theses and forecast returns.
